Amazon.com Advantage Program & Amazon's Merchants@ Program

Amazon offers the  Amazon.com Advantage  program that enables third parties to integrate their products to the company's website, allow customers to shop for products owned by third parties using the company's features and technologies, and allow individuals to complete transactions that include multiple sellers in a single checkout process. The company is not the seller of record in these third-party seller transactions, but instead earn fixed fees, sales commissions, per-unit activity fees, or some combination thereof.

Amazon.com Advantage generally serves individuals and small businesses, enabling them to offer their products for sale on the amazon.com website alongside all Amazon products or products made available by other third-party sellers.  Services provided through the program include:

- Inclusion in the company's website and product databases

- Order taking and order management

- Inclusion of products in the company's warehouses

- Order fulfillment and shipping

- Sales and inventory reports

- Merchant services proving rapid payments to merchants

The Amazon Merchants@ program generally serves larger companies and enables large customers to utilize Amazon's e-commerce services, features, and technologies to operate their business’ website, sell its products under its brand name and URL, and offer fulfillment services in some cases (an example is www.target.com. Amazon also provide technology services, such as search, browse and personalization, and other marketing and promotional services, such as its co-branded credit card, to large corporate customers
