Business Description
Formed as a California corporation in 1984, we design and manufacture
gallium arsenide, or GaAs, semiconductor components and GaAs based
subsystems used in the transmission of voice, video and data over wireless
communication networks and systems. Our semiconductor products are designed
to facilitate broadband voice and data transmission in satellite handsets,
wireless communications network infrastructure, and defense applications.
The focus of our GaAs semiconductor components has been mainly on power
amplifier modules for wireless handsets, which employ code division multiple
access, or CDMA, wireless technology. Our GaAs-based subsystems are used in
a variety of defense applications such as tactical aircraft, ground based
and ship board radar systems, electronic countermeasures and satellite
communications systems. |
