Intuit Payroll Services (formerly CBS Payroll)

Intuit's payroll services division (www.payroll.com) provides payroll solutions to more than 800,000 small and medium-sized businesses.  Intuit Payroll Services provides Complete Payroll solutions, Assisted Payroll solutions, and Do-it-Yourself Payroll solutions.  The Complete Payroll service is a complete outsourced payroll solution for small businesses starting at $84 per month.  The service involves completely running a company's payroll function and managing human resource information.  The service works with or without QuickBooks.  The Assisted Payroll solution offering allows businesses to to process their payroll through QuickBooks, and starts at $79 per month (for 1-5 employees).  Intuit also offers a Do-it-Yourself Payroll solution for around $15 a month.

Intuit Payroll Services was formed in large part by the acquisition of CBS Payroll in 2002.  CBS Payroll is now completely integrated into Intuit Payroll Services.
